SONORAN DESERT TOUR

The tour that made us famous! Thrill to tales of the old west, see 250 year old saguaro cacti, and learn how native Americans used plants for food, medicine, and survival; all told to you by our authentic cowboy guides. This tour runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from sunrise to sunset. It is 3.5 to 4 hours in length and refreshments are provided. So sit back, relax, and explore the beautiful backcountry of Arizona Adventure.

TEQUILA SUNRISE OR CHAMPANGNE SUNSET TOUR

It’s hard to decide which is the most spectacular, an Arizona sunrise or our beautiful sunsets. Well pardner the choice is all yours. Have a signature morning cocktail, an assortment of goodies from our continetal breakfast tray, and enjoy. Or if you prefer quiet sunsets we’ll pour the champange and treat you to shrimp cocktails, Cowboy Caviar, and assorted cheeses and crackers. Either way you can’t go wrong. This tour runs everyday and is 3.5 to 4 hours.

Scottsdale "Wild West" City Tour

 

Old Town Scottsdale is a melting pot of history & folks from all over the world. Some things have changed but our western culture is still worn by all the "cowboys" on Main Street . Visit Cavalliere's Blacksmith Shop, our first Post Office, the "Lil Red Schoolhouse"---also Johnny Rose's Pool Hall & the magnificent Lady of Perperual Help Mission. Then complete your day with a stop at Farmer's State Bank, which is now the "world infamous Rusty Spur Saloon". Yep they still have the vault. Wet your whistle (they do have tequila with the worm) or have some grub and on the weekends catch some lively country tunes. This tour runs 3.5 - 4 hours---every dang day!!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HAPPY TRAILS HORSEBACK RIDES
"One Hour Ride & Nature Walk Combo"

YEEE--HAAA  Experience the Sonoran Desert like the cowboys of old. Combine a one hour trail ride (with a wonderful & exciting Nature Walk) on our well trained horses for a fun-packed western adventure. If you’ve never ridden, that’s fine; we have horses that have never been ridden either. It usually works out, if both parties are in FULL agreement. Of course this is a western style ride. Length of tour is 4 to 4.5 hours. Also ask about other rides we can offer for your enjoyment.

"CHUCK WAGON" COOKOUTS

The best vittles this side of the Pecos? Yep, that's our promise. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner with a variety of menus. Enjoy one of our rugged desert settings or our "Chuck Wagon" will come to your site. We hate to brag but we got food to die for (No one has, yet). This is a group activity for 25 or more. The perfect beginning or end to Arizona Adventure.

APACHE TRAIL ADVENTURE

Travel the old trading trail of the Apache. Visit the Superstition Mountains, pristine lakes, and the world famous Roosevelt Dam. Take a short hike up to Tonto National Monument Ruins and get a close hand look at the home of the Salados. Perfect for photo buffs. This has been called one of the top 3 scenic drives in our state. Tour length is 7 to 8 hours A full day of beauty and an adventure that includes lunch at the “buslin” town of TORTILLA FLAT.

SEDONA—JEROME TOUR

Visit the beautiful red rock formations of Sedona. Take a short included off road adventure into the wonderous Red Rocks tour for some great photos. Then travel back in time to the rejuvenated ghost town of Jerome. Walk around this lil town and go back 125 years. Then back home though the Prescott National Forest, the largest stand of ponderosa pines in North America. Tour length is 7 to 8 hours. Lots of shopping opportunities and a mouth- watering lunch.

TUCSON--"THE OLD PUEBLO" TOUR

Saddle up for a exciting day in the "OLD PUEBLO" See the charming MISSION SAN XAVIER, build in the 1700"s. Its referred to as "WHITE DOVE OF THE DESERT. Visit the SONORA DESERT MUSEUM, a zoo, aquariun, and botanical garden all in one. YEP, we'll even spring for your lunch here. Then a slow ride through the SAGUARO NATIONAL PARK. See the true beauty of our wonderful desert. A wonderful way to spend a relaxing day.Tour length is 7-8 hours.

DESERT RALLY—SCAVENGER HUNT

Off-road rally over desert trails using desert clues, collecting scavenger hunt specimens, and just “havin fun”. Heck we even make you write a song about your adventure (and sing it). Just remember everything you do goes on ya’ll scorecard. We’ll divide up your group into teams, give them a guide and ride, and see which team is better at desert survival.A very popular event and great for company morale! This tour is about 5 hours. Yep partner, we can provide vittles at trails end.

COWBOY & COWGIRL OLYMPICS

Desert tour with games, which include Tomahawk Toss, Archery, Horseshoes, etc. We may even let you try your luck with a six-gun, AKA Cowboy Target Practice. Just the thing to get your groups competitive juices flowing. Once again we’ll put your group in teams (5- 7 folks) and as they say out west, Let The Games Begin. Tour length bout 5 hours. Optional dinner while we tally the score.
